Momo Wonder had great food, inconsistent everything else. We created a flexible identity that travels from counter screens to delivery stickers without losing character. Menu UX reduced indecision at rush hour; motion rules made the brand feel lively, not loud. Launch day saw shorter queues, happier staff, and more repeat orders within the first month.
